The inspiration for what has become my professional calling of a food and lifestyle mentor is the ever imperative need for generations of world citizens to become one with real food again.
My slogan “EAT REAL OR DIE” is pretty aggressive, yes. However, it is not more aggressive than the onset of chronic illness and obesity caused by eating processed, pesticide laden, and sugary foods. The time is now for everyone to go back to our food roots and eat directly from the earth.
Taking your daily “medicine” of wholesome, organic and non-gmo foods is what will keep the doctor away and maintain hope for a bright present and future.
I am a lover of every intricate detail of food culture hailing from all parts of the world. I thrive off of the sensations that I experience when smelling, touching, seeing and tasting the finest all natuuuraaal ingredients that this fine earth creates.
“Real Food” “Healthy Food” “Green Food” doesn’t have to be boring and one dimensional. It can and should be vibrant with complex texture and flavor. Real Food is what for centuries nourished our ancestors and now echoes flavor to the curious palates of the novice foodie as well as the seasoned critic.
